The Ministry of HRD, Govt of India has notified two changes in JEE pattern:

1. There shall be no weightage for 12th class marks in calculating JEE Main ranks.

2. For candidates to qualify for the admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs & CFTIs whose admissions are based on JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class, or be in top 20 percentile in 12th class conducted by respective Boards. For SC/ST students,qualifying marks would be 65% in 12th.

3.All the candidates have to show the 12th marksheet (regular/improvement) at the reporting centresat the time of counselling/admission
